Research Positions Available

Graduate and undergraduate students currently enrolled at the Colorado School of Mines and enthusiastic about quantum engineering, theoretical physics, physical chemistry, materials science, applied mathematics, and computer science should contact Prof. Carr. Our group works on a wide range of topics centered on the origins of complexity and making quantum technology work.  We love physics!  We love math!  We love computers!  Come talk with us.

If you are interested in coming to the Colorado School of Mines for graduate studies in physics and are excited about the group’s research areas please feel free to get in contact. If you would like a post-doctoral position and are interested in applying together for a fellowship from the U.S. or abroad, again, feel free to reach out. German citizens in particular can apply for a Feodor Lynen postdoctoral research fellowship through the Alexander von Humboldt foundation. The U.S. State Department provides Fulbright fellowships. Many other possibilities exist depending on your country of origin.

We are a diverse and welcoming group and would be pleased to receive inquiries from persons of all national origins, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and political schools of thought.
